NIGHTRAGE Looking Forward To European Tour Kick-Off

January 4, 2006

Greek/Swedish melodic death metallers NIGHTRAGE, who released their highly acclaimed second full-length album, "Descent Into Chaos", on Century Media Records in 2005, are are about to hit the road throughout Europe supporting BOLT THROWER on their Those Still Loyal Europe 2006 tour.

Commented NIGHTRAGE axeman Marios Iliopoulos: "This is the first European tour for the band and all I can say is that we waited such a long time until we got this chance to play for all our friends in Europe. We feel ready, we are eager for it and we promise to give you our best shows out there! Moreover the fact that we are going to be part in a killer line-up with BOLT THROWER, MALEVOLENT CREATION, and NECROPHAGIST only adds to the excitement and pleasure in our camp. For all of you who didnĀ“t know about it yet, we also have a new singer! His name is Jimmie Strimell and he is a killer vocalist, really enthusiastic, energetic and experienced. We already played with him during our tour in the U.S. and the people there just loved his performance."

The tour's kick-off is Wednesday, January 4 in Enschede, Holland.
